Feel The Burn
So on tri-cep day we usually do 3 sets of hanging dips with 10 per set. Last night, the hubby though it was about time I added some weight other then just my body so I put on the belt thingy and hung first a 5lb weight (8 reps) then a 10 lb weight (5 reps) after doing a normal non-wegihted set and then followed up with another non-weighted set. At the time it was hard, but not bad. Then we did the rest of our tricep workout, reverse dumbells raises laying on the ab bench and then just pull-downs. How do I feel today? Sore. Ouchie. I mean good sore, but unexpected sore. Tonight is legs. So I’m ready for more burn. Yes, I’m a gym rat and I love it.
I really wanted to do a random Friday 10 today but just haven’t had time. I got some new music to add to the MP3 player first though. Hopefully next week I will get to it. Have a happy Friday!
