Weekend Wrap Up!

So in the last month I've now had 2 weekends where I have pretty much just stayed home instead of going out and I've enjoyed both of the them. Yesterday, was all about Guitar Hero 3. I literally played until my left hand was too sore to go on. The good news is that it feels fine today so I may be able to play tonight if I want. May not have time though since after work it's gym, grocery shopping and then Heroes at 9. I have a feeling after that I'll be tired.

I'm still fighting off the remnants of that cold and it is breaking up but the cough sounds terrible which seems at its worst at bedtime which sucks. I am feeling way better though then a week ago.

The other weekend I stayed home was where I started getting out kitchen ready for the mini-remodel. I got rid of all heinious wallpaper and primed the walls. Now, I need to pick out a new kitchen light and then paint the ceiling. I'm hoping to do that this weekend since we currently have no plans. We're taking our time doing the project, so who knows when it will be done. Tonight I'm moving all the trim pieces and stuff off the kitchen counters and into the spare room for now. So even though everything is taped off with blue tape, the kitchen won't look so cluttered.

Now, another long work week. Oh fun!
